New Year’s is a unique holiday. It’s the only holiday that celebrates the passage of time.
Perhaps that’s why, as the final seconds of the year tick away, we tend to become introspective. Then we wonder: how did time get away from us? And why did all our hopes and dreams never materialize?
Inevitably, that introspection turns to thoughts of self-improvement and the annual ritual of making Resolutions.
We all do it. We swear to ourselves, “This is THE year” for transforming our lives and fulfilling our goals. We are determined to keep all the promises to lose weight, stop smoking, make more money, be more patient…just fill in the blanks.
Over the next few days millions of people from around the world will ask themselves questions as they figure out how to make 2009 the best year of their lives.
The following is a creative exercise for you to think about how to surpass your potential in the New Year.
In 2009, I’m finally going to__________________________!
How would YOU fill in that blank?
Go ahead, take a minute and give it your best shot… I’ll wait right here…
Now fast-forward to December 31st - New Years Eve, 2010. You’re reflecting on the past year, jotting down a few notes in your journal.
“I’ve got a lot to be thankful for this year…
I reduced my credit card debt by $______________________________.
I feel great and now fit into my________________________________.
I have increased my retirement fund by $________________________.
I have achieved a number of goals to include____________________.
I have exceeded my own expectations by__________________________.
I’ve got nearly enough money saved for a nice family vacation in ______________________.”
So, what did YOU write down? What are your aspirations for the coming year?
Are you ready to make 2009 the best year EVER?

I have been single since 2005 and I am working now to attract a woman of my dream. I have taken a strong decision to be involved in a relationship with a fantastic girl as I do beleive in Love, Passion and Harmony…after many years of fun on being single…so I have figured out some steps to achieve this outcome, let’s see them:
Step 1 - Take pride in your appearance. Realize you only have one chance to make a good first impression.
Step 2 - Appeal to all her senses through your sensuous voice, fragrance, clothing and appearance.
Step 3 - Give her a reason to think about you. Wear a masculine fragrance that haunts her memory, tasteful clothes that she yearns to touch, a smile that she can’t get out of her mind.
Step 4 - Flirt with her by sending silent signals of your interest through subtle body language.
Step 5 - Treat her like she’s the center of your world. Focus your full attention on her and block out distractions.
Step 6 - Listen intently to what she has to say, and respond with respect for her opinions.
Step 7 - Ask about her interests, her work and her hobbies. Pay attention to the details.
Step 8 - Be honest and sincere. Keep your promises. Call if you say you’re going to call. Show up at the time you say you’re going to arrive. Don’t make idle promises that you have no intention of keeping.
Step 9 - Let her know you’re different from other men. Emphasize your originality through your personality, intelligence and behavior. Don’t pretend you’re anyone other than yourself.
Step 10 - Refrain from boasting, particularly about your past triumphs with other women.
Step 11 - Leave a little something to the imagination. Don’t bare all or tell all immediately. An air of mystery can be provocative and appealing to a woman.
and most important…ask yourself this questions:
Who do I need to become and to BE to attract the Woman of my Dream?
What inner qualities do I need to possess to attract the Woman of my Dream?
Work on your inner glow and you will see results on the outside.

2009 S.M.A.R.T. Resolutions
Have you taken the time to write down your 2009 resolutions?
Statistics, history, experience, and science shows that writing
your goals down significantly increases the probability of them
being realized.
Here are some distinctions about resolutions that will help
manifest your desires more rapidly than you thought possible:
S for Specific. We need to have hard numbers on our goals. However,
this is not to be confused with being “precise.” It’s OK to have
ranges of numbers. In fact, it’s better for the subconscious mind
if we have a “minimum,” “target,” and “outrageous” goal set. That
way, we have both the advantage of setting a high goal that we
would love, and still be excited if we only achieve our “minimum.”
M for Measurable. This is so we will know whether our goals are
being achieved or not. This is not to be confused with being
“comparable.” Sometimes we set goals and then check and see how our
friends, who may have similar goals, are doing. Goals are not meant
to be compared with others. We want to compare our achievements
with our own past.
A for Affirmative and Action-oriented. Our minds don’t like to stop
old habits, but love to create new habits. This doesn’t mean that
we need to be “achieve”-oriented and that all our goals should help
us be more productive or successful. Goals can be about taking time
off, having fun, living, laughing, and enjoying life.
R for Realistic. The subconscious mind will reject goals that are
not realistic. However, “realistic” is not the opposite of
“optimistic.” We can have optimistic goals that are also realistic.
In fact, these are the best types of goals to have.
T for Time-sensitive. Without a due date, we would never return a
book to the library. Note that “time-sensitive” doesn’t mean
“time-constrained.” We’re allowed to go back to the library and
borrow the same book again. So, let’s not feel guilty if we haven’t
achieved a goal in a particular time-period. Let’s reset the goal
and go for it again.
Set a goal, make a plan and take action!

How can I do what I love to do for more people with less work and for a better price?
If you cannot thinking of anything, just keep thinking. This is a very important question. It is the question, if answered and acted upon, that makes people Millionaires, even Billionaires with a Big M and B. It is the “The Million Dollar Question”, start thinking about it.
More you think about it…more you bring about it…your brain will start seeing things differently out there and you will start acting and behaving aligned with your thoughts, and will get the results expected.

I REGARD MY BODY AS GOD’S TEMPLE. I do not tear down my body with destructive foods, drink, substances or thoughts. I invigorate my physical being and thereby my spirit with a healthy diet, restful sleep, moderate exercise and positive thoughts.
Awareness and self-discipline are two of the virtues of health. Are you truly aware of what you put into your body and why? Are you truly aware of your words and thoughts and the effects they have on your body? If not, self-discipline through awareness must be developed to overcome the mindlessness with which you eat, drink and act. I am continually struck by Napoleon Hill’s analysis of food and drink:
“Eating a meal should be a spiritual experience. The mood and frame of mind you are in when you eat has a direct effect on the benefit or harmful result you will receive from your food.”
Be aware of what you are eating. Enjoy your meals and the nourishment they bring. Proliferate their benefit by enlightening yourself with them, not by simply and mindlessly eating or drinking them.
The same holds true for your thoughts and words. Be aware of your words and thoughts. If you have a negative thought or use negative words, eliminate them immediately. If not, you will develop a negative habit of not only thinking, but of interpreting everything. Your mind, and thereby your body, can only be immune to negative thoughts, words and consumptions for a short time before destructive patterns begin to develop in your body; then illness occurs.
Treat your body as God’s as well as your own. Health is one of the foundations of Wealth.
WISDOM FOR TODAY:
I am aware of the substances I put into my body and the words and thoughts I use. I have the self-discipline to treat my body as God’s temple by eating healthy foods and thinking positive thoughts.
