In the preview post I mentioned about the meeting held with my friend and the distinction I made about the money. In this post I am going to talk about the Laws that leads and shape our reality about our financial life, here the:
The Law of Compensation.
You Get What You Give
Ralph Waldo Emerson, in his essay, “Compensation”, wrote that each person is compensated in like manner for that which he or she has contributed. The Law of Compensation is another restatement of the Law of Sowing and Reaping. It says that you will always be compensated for your efforts and for your contribution, whatever it is, however much or however little.
Increase Your Value
This Law of Compensation also says that you can never be compensated in the long term for more than you put in. The income you earn today is your compensation for what you have done in the past. If you want to increase your compensation, you must increase the value of your contribution.
Fill Your Mind With Success
Your mental attitude, your feelings of happiness and satisfaction, are also the result of the things that you have put into your own mind. If you fill your own mind with thoughts, visions and ideas of success, happiness and optimism, you will be compensated by those positive experiences in your daily activities.
Do More Than You’re Paid For
Another corollary of the Law of Sowing and Reaping is what is sometimes called the, “Law of Overcompensation”. This law says that great success comes from those who always make it a habit to put in more than they take out. They do more than they are paid for. They are always looking for opportunities to exceed expectations. And because they are always overcompensating, they are always being over rewarded with the esteem of their employers and customers and with the financial rewards that go along with their personal success.
Provide the Causes, Enjoy The Effects
One of your main responsibilities in life is to align yourself and your activities with Law of Cause and Effect (and its corollaries), accepting that it is an inexorable law that always works, whether anyone is looking or not. Your job is to institute the causes that are consistent with the effects that you want to enjoy in your life. When you do, you will realize and enjoy the rewards you desire.
Action Exercises
Here are two things you can do immediately to put these ideas into action.
First, remind yourself regularly that your rewards will always be in direct proportion to your service to others. How could you increase the value of your services to your customers today?
Second, look for ways to go the extra mile, to use the Law of Overcompensation in everything you do. This is the great secret of success.

In the last 3 days me and my friend Massimo have been in a Special Retreat with one of our best friend, a wealthy friend, a Billionaire (I won’t mention the name for privacy issue). We have been in a sort of Mentoring and Coaching meeting all 3 days long talking, brainstorming about some possibilities on investment and creating business I mean profitable business.
This friend of mine is a deep source of information and he does “walk the talk” and since I have been knowing him 3 years ago asking some aimed questions along the path I have been able to raise my Consciouness about Money…yes it is all about Consciouness; more we become conscious of how things works in Life a better we become in mastering them.
I feel very lucky to know a such of person as he has a different outlook on Life and Business…anyhow what I have discovered and distilled in those 3 days Retreat is as following:
Making Money is a Piece of Chocolate Cake!
The real possibility that everything you and I have been taught about how to earn money is so far from the truth that it’s almost comical. Earning money has nothing to do with age, formal education, gender or geography. It has nothing to do with past experience or your formal years of education or your level of intellect. There are individuals who are functionally illiterate who have become Multi-Millionaires, while there are others who are absolutely brilliant and they are broke. Virtually anyone can be taught how to earn millions of dollars and yet the sad truth is that 97 out of every 100 people are born, live their entire lives, and die without ever learning how to earn money. To perpetuate this ridiculous problem, their ignorance is passed along from one generation to the next.
Our school system has been designed as an environment to enlighten young minds, to replace ignorance with understanding and ultimately improve the quality of life. And though our educational system has obviously been successful in many areas, it has woefully neglected one important subject, ”How to Earn Money.” A lack of understanding in this area is the cause of numerous unwanted and unnecessary problems, since money is the medium of exchange that is used worldwide for other people’s products and services.
There has always been a small, select group, approximately 3% of our population, who clearly understand that prosperity consciousness is the primary cause of wealth and their prosperity consciousness, like ignorance, is also passed down from one generation to the next.
Let’s look at ”money.” What is it?
Money is a reward you receive for the service you render. The more valuable the service, the greater the reward. Thinking of ways we can be of greater service will not only help us earn more money, it will also enable us to grow intellectually and spiritually because we are here to serve.
MONEY IS AN IDEA
The paper you fold and place in your purse or pocket is not money. It is paper with ink on it. It represents money, but it is not money. Money is an idea. The earning of money has nothing to do with the paper stuff, it has to do with consciousness.
To accumulate wealth, a person must become very comfortable with the idea of money. That may sound strange, however most people are not comfortable with the idea of money, which is why they do not have any. The cause of poverty is poverty consciousness. A poverty consciousness will cause a person to see, hear, think and feel … lack and limitation.
The late Mike Todd said, ”Being broke is a temporary situation. Being poor is a mental state.”
He was correct. There are wealthy people who lose every cent they have through a series of mistakes in judgment, but that does not make them poor. They will have it all back in a short time because of their prosperity consciousness.

If you have any question in your mind regarding your level of consciousness with respect to money, be very honest with yourself and look at your results. Study the patterns in your life.
If you want to improve your financial position in life, focus your attention on creating a higher level of prosperity consciousness. Begin by preparing a powerful, positive affirmation and fuel it with emotion. When you do this, you are depositing this creative energy in the treasury of your sub-conscious mind. And, by repeating this process over and over and over again every day, it will begin to alter your conditioning and mentally move you in the direction you want to go. Write it out, read it, feel it, and let it take hold of your mind.
How much money do you want? Saying you want more is not good enough. Five dollars is more. How much more? Decide on a figure. Be specific. You will not seriously want more money than you are capable of earning…however, you would be wise to remember, you must earn it.
There Are Three Income Earning Strategies
Trading time for money – By far the worst of the three income earning strategies, it is employed by approximately 96% of our population – doctors, lawyers, accountants, laborers, etc. There is an inherent problem with this strategy – saturation. You run out of time. If a person accumulates any degree of wealth employing this strategy, it will be at the expense of a life. They compromise on the car they drive, the house they live in, the clothes they choose and the vacations they take. They rarely, if ever, get what they want.
Investing money to earn money – This strategy is used by approximately 3% of the population. The number is small for the obvious reason – very few people have any money to invest. Many people who effectively employ this strategy follow the advice of a trusted, knowledgeable advisor.
Leveraging yourself to earn money – This is where you multiply your time through the efforts of others by setting up Multiple Sources of Income (MSI). This is, without question, the very best way to increase your income. Make a decision to have many sources of income; it’s the strategy that wealthy people have used dating clear back to the ancient Babylonians. Unfortunately, this strategy is only used by approximately 1% of our population, yet that 1% earns approximately 96% of all the money that is earned! You are only a decision away from membership.
Once you determine how much money you want to earn, write it down on a sheet of paper in large figures. Look at the number with the dollar sign beside it and tell yourself over and over again:
That Amount of Money is an Effect.
It Represents a Reward that I Want to Receive.
What Service Can I Render that Would be Deserving of that Reward?
You can take the total figure and divide it into multiple parts. Each part would represent a source of income. Each source of income represents a separate reward that you would receive for a service you would render.
Work on one source of income at a time; each one can become an exciting part of your life. What you are actually doing is thinking of different ways you can be of service to others.
Think of how you can do whatever you do – more effectively.
Think of how you can improve the quality and quantity of service you render.
Think of how you can help people in a greater way.
Money is the ultimate servant. The more you earn, the more you can help others.

Can we develop The Millionaire Mindset?
Well YES! Why do I say thou! Because in the extensively research done in the past 6 year I found that Millionaires think and see the world very differently! Where most people see problems, those with the millionaire’s mindset see money-making opportunities. They convert ideas and problems into money making opportunities.
Let me give an Illustration!
Imagine if you had to take an important early morning flight to Australia but due to unforeseen circumstances, the flight got cancelled and you are stranded at the airport with a hundred other passengers. There is no other flight out that day. What would you think about? How would you feel?What would you do? Would you (a)just wait for news of the next flight out? (b) Lodge a complaint with the authorities? (c) Hang around with the other disgruntled passengers and complain?
Well, it depends on your mindset. Most people would think of the situation as a ‘problem’ they can’t do anything about. They would feel frustrated and angry and take one of the three above actions. What would someone with a Millionaire’s Mindset do?
How a billionaire Richard Branson responded to the same situation.
Well, this exact same situation happened to billionaire Richard Branson in 1980. While vacationing on Beef Island (part of Virgin islands), Richard Branson and his wife were stranded when the local Puerto Rican flight got cancelled. There were no other flights out that day. Instead of seeing it as a ‘problem’, Branson’s millionaire mindset got him to see it as a challenging opportunity. As a result, he took a very different set of actions.
Branson got on the phone to a few aircraft charter companies and managed to charter a private plane for $2,000. Knowing that there were many stranded passengers who needed to catch a flight out badly, he borrowed a blackboard and wrote ‘Virgin Airways $39 Single Flight to Puerto Rico’. Within an hour of walking through the airport terminal, with the blackboard in his hand, he had sold every single seat!
After successfully flying everyone back and making a cool profit, he mulled over what one happy passenger had casually said, ‘Virgin Airways isn’t too bad-smarten up the service a little and you could be in business.’ Up till that moment, Branson, the builder of Virgin Records and a Hot Air Baloon adventurer, hadn’t given any thought to getting into the airline industry! But Branson, ever the bold adventurer, lost little time in launching Virgin Airways, taking on the giant British Airways and the rest is aviation history. Today, Virgin Airways is a global budget airline and one of the most profitable in the world.
The amazing thing about Branson was that he did not use any of his money to solve his ‘problem’. He used his millionaire mindset and thinking to turn a problem into an opportunity, which not only solved his problem, but made him even more money.
So, if you are not creating tremendous wealth right now, it is because you are not taking the right actions and mostly you are not solving problems. In other words, if you want to massively change the results in your life, you have to take different ACTIONS and start to SOLVE PROBLEMS. To take different actions, you have to THINK differently. And of course to think differently, you must have a different mindset…the Millionaire’s Mindset.
The Millionaire’s Mindset is made up of your habits, beliefs, values and attitudes and start to see problems as real opportunities to make money.
And then start to THINK, ACT and FEEL like a MILLIONAIRE so you will get the same RESULTS.

Whilst there is certainly more to life than money, neglecting to pay attention to it’s importance will soon catch up with you. Some people say “Money isn’t important” ” I don’t care about money”
and such like, well I’m pretty sure your supermarket care about your money, your car dealer, your health care provider and so on. The point is, regardless of your current belief system; money is important very important, it provides both the necessities and luxuries to anyone living in a civilized society.
I know for some people talking about money, pensions, how much they earn, investment opportunities and so on seems to be almost a taboo subject. These often stem from beliefs such as ‘money is the root of all evil’, ‘rich people are only rich because they cheated someone’ and so on. These are all very negative attitudes towards something that is essentially very positive.
Think of all the things money allows you to do: travel around the world, spend time with friends, drive new cars, follow the latest clothing fashions, look after your family and so on…
These are all very enjoyable things so why not allow yourself to focus on, think about and talk about money. Here are a few ways in which you can actively attract and bring more money into your life.
1) Give away money! Try to give away 10% of your income to causes that you feel an affinity with. Doing so produces the feeling now that there is already enough to giveaway and strengthens the belief that money is coming to you, thus through the ‘law of attraction’ will draw money back to you. In short:
“Be the source in the life of others of that which you’d like in your own life” - Neale Donald Walsche
Don’t giveaway reluctantly as this sends out the signal of ‘lack’ which of course will attract that very thing.
2) Align your intentions and beliefs. These sound similar but are very different. Your intentions are conscious and are what you choose to do in your mind, whereas your beliefs are unconscious and include the sorts of phrases such as “money is the root
of all evil” as mentioned before.
Bob Proctor suggests the following affirmations as excellent beliefs to adopt:
“Money is good”
“I am the master, money is the servant’
“I am prosperous”
“I am wealthy”
3) Find a role model to copy. There are many people who are successful in this world, make it your business to find out specifically about the people who have been successful in your chosen field of endeavor, then copy their thoughts and actions, that is a certain shortcut to success. Autobiographies are a great starting point.
4) Don’t feel bad about creating money. It is not bad to be rich. think of all the positive things you can do with it. Think of the people and causes that you can help when you have more money. In fact, adopt a cause and make it a goal to share your financial success with this cause. This enables you to feel positive and good about making money whilst also helping others, A win, win situation.
5) Surround yourself with positive and vibrant people. People tend to become like the people they associate with so take a look around at your associates now. Do you see any of their positive or negative beliefs reflected in you?
6) Be grateful and appreciative for what you have in your life. Make a time in your day to just be thankful for what you have now. This feeling of thankfulness is the feeling of having it now, doing this will in turn attract more of the things that you are thankful for to you, and give you a much brighter mood at the same time.
7) Act Now! Very few people get rich by doing nothing. Take action. If you get and idea then act on it. Don’t sit around and wait for someone else to take your idea off of you and make money from it. Whatever you need to do, do it now, without a moments hesitation.
Following the above principles will inevitably lead you to an inner expectation of money, which will be self-fulfilling. Go ahead and decide to lead a prosperous life, it’s your choice.

I have been working on this topic since last year.
You can activate the law of abundance by becoming aware of the large supply of unlimited possibilities around you. Before you can manifest more money you awareness and consciousness has to change. People who struggle about of financial lack often times invest most of their thinking in the scarcity of money and scarcity of things in their life. How often are hey able to see the richness of life in and around them is not often.
How much of your time goes into feeling sorry for what you don’t have or what you think is missing in your life. Your predominant thought pattern always shows up in your life. Whatever the mind processes on a continual basis will eventually show up in your physical reality.
Detach from the wanting of more money. Whenever you are in a state of wanting you are expanding energy. Just think for a moment of what wanting would look like if it there was an image that could be applied to it. When you are in a state of wanting you throw your energy outside of yourself. Wanting feels empty, it easily communicates lack. I want because I don’t have. The law of abundance requires that you align yourself with already observing and feeling abundant.
The law of abundance will duplicate whatever it is you already have. Often times when people learn of the power to manifest they often go out and spend what they have. The danger in this is that you are left without and the universal law of abundance always gives you more of what you already have.
Make a study of wealth and money rather than your observation of the lack of it. Cease conversations of money troubles all together. Stop looking at your bank account and wondering when you will finally have the amount of money you wish for.
Increase your spiritual power in order to become more magnetic. As you increase spiritual power your intentions become stronger, you ability to draw more out of less action increases.
Spiritual power can be compared to one person working tirelessly hour after hour to get what he wants while another takes right action which yields greater returns every time. What is the difference between a fisherman who cast his net and gets one fish as apposed to another fisherman who cast his net in the same location but gets hundreds of fish? The answer is dynamic power.
You can draw dynamic power into your being and begin to weave magic and miracles where previously you may have struggled to do.
